When you browse
The site works without optional analytics. Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice for up to 90 days. If you allow analytics after collection is connected, we use first-party browser storage to recognise a returning browser for up to 90 days. We then collect page paths, broad traffic source and campaign tags, clicks on site navigation and contact actions, product tab choices, scroll milestones, and consultation funnel steps. A randomly generated identifier connects those events. We do not use advertising pixels or record your form answers, keystrokes, patient details, precise location or full IP address in our analytics table.
Why we measure
These events help us understand which pages answer visitors' questions, where they stop, and whether the consultation flow works. Analytics is not active on this version of the site. We will ask for your choice before enabling it.
When you contact us
A consultation request includes the name, company, phone number, optional email, industry, chosen date and time, and anything you choose to write about your workflow. We use it to respond and arrange a conversation. Please do not include patient information or other sensitive details. Our email delivery provider is Brevo. After a successful email request, we open a prepared WhatsApp draft; the message is sent only if you choose to send it there.
Who processes the data
Analytics collection is not connected on this version of the site. Choosing to allow it does not send analytics events until the collector is connected. Consultation enquiries go through Brevo to the SurgeMind team. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, those providers process the message under their own terms. Providers may process data outside India. Access to analytics and enquiries is limited to the people who need it to run this website and respond to you.
Retention and your choices
Once connected, analytics events will be scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Your browser identifier expires after 90 days without a visit. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future events and requests deletion of events tied to that browser identifier. Enquiries are kept while we need them to respond and manage the conversation, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. To ask what information we hold, correct it, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email team@surgemind.in.
